To fuel our continued growth, we are expanding our fast-growing and motivated team and are currently on the lookout for a dynamic Junior Sales Manager.

About the role

As a Junior Sales Manager, you will:


  • Execute sales and business development strategies with a primary focus on acquiring new clients and introducing our team of experts:

    • Approach client targets via email and/or phone

    • Conduct client visits with senior team members so that we act as one team

    • Develop your skills with the goal to lead client meetings independently

    • Manage all client interactions and information in our central CRM-tool (Salesforce).

  • Actively participate in networking and sales events:

    • Play a driving role and provide feedback on outcomes/results.

    • Prepare & host our Brix-client events in 2024.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • A Bachelor's degree in logistics management or a related field.

  • First experience in a similar role is a strong plus

  • A strong sales focus with the energy and enthusiasm to engage with clients, set up meetings, and connect with the right experts.

  • Excellent communication skills, radiating confidence and positive energy.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
